Quality & documents
North American ginseng is a regulated export. We handle the testing and the paperwork so your shipment clears with confidence.
Our roots are grown in Ontario, Canada — the world's largest producing region for North American ginseng — and sourced from farms that are members of the Ontario Ginseng Growers Association (OGGA).
Every lot is lab-tested before export: ginsenoside content by HPLC, microbial limits, heavy metals and pesticide residues.
A certificate of analysis (COA) is provided to partners with each lot, on request — the documentation your product registration and QA teams need.
Every export shipment ships with a CITES export permit (roots and slices) and a CFIA phytosanitary certificate, issued for your destination.
For Muslim-majority markets
Our dried roots, slices, fibre and powder are single-ingredient, 100% plant-based products. No animal-derived inputs are used, and our packing process involves no contact with pork or alcohol. For partners in Malaysia and Indonesia who require certified supply, we support the Halal certification documentation process for dedicated lots — talk to us about your market's requirements.
We describe our supply accurately: these products are Halal-conscious by composition and handling, and certification for dedicated lots can be arranged with partners who require it.
